Since 1990 Kenard has been an established supplier to a number of OEM organisations within the Oil & Gas industry, supplying contract manufacturing services that include concept development through Value Engineering and prototype stages into full production. Fully certified across the manufacturing facilities Kenard have established the skills and resource necessary to provide the required service levels to support customers within this demanding sector.

Offering a complete manufacturing solution, Kenard has the capability to manufacture high integrity components and assemblies for down hole tooling applications, benefiting from a wealth of experience in the manufacture of precision components from Duplex and nickel based alloys. In addition a robust supply chain ensures that subsequent heat treatment, NDT and specialist coating requirements are managed to customer specification.

With a turning capability of 930mm diameter by 3000mm long, Kenard have the capacity to machine large wellhead components and tubing hanger kits for subsea applications. The integrity of components operating in such harsh and critical environments is assured by the robust quality system within our organisation.

Full product traceability and serialisation is an integral part of our manufacturing process, from raw material through to component specific inspection reports, data is compiled to formulate a comprehensive documentation pack to meet specific customer requirements.
