With the Multiple Pallet Magazine supporting 8 Pallets, continuous machining is aided with the Tool breakage detection, Maximum Workpiece Size: 800 mm dia x 760 mm length, 120 Tool ATC, 500 mm x 500 mm Workpiece probing, Rapid Traverse 40 M/min and Full 4th Axis.

Mitsubishi M-H60E

This Multi pallet horizontal machining centre with seven pallets supporting up to seven seperate fixtures offers true flexible machining 24 hrs a day, with its Maximum machining envelope 1000mm x 800mm x 800mm and 120 - Tools, this also incorporates the features of the M-H5B.

Tsugami FMA5

The FMA5 is a Multi pallet, Flexible Machining Centre with a Maximum machining envelope of 500mm x 500mm x 500mm. It has 8 - Pallets, and 126 - Tools, along with work piece probing and tool breakage detection. This allows for continuous machining for two out of three shifts.

5x Mitsubishi M-H5B with 72 pallet Fastem linear rack system

5 x Mitsubishi M-H5B high-speed horizontal machining centres are linked by a multi-level Fastems linear rack system, which holds 72 pallets. A centrally positioned rail-guided stacker crane serves all five machines collecting and delivering pallets to and from any position on the three-tier rack. A scheduling–type cell controller oversees all operating functions of the FMS. Continuous machining is aided with the Tool breakage detection, Maximum Work piece Size: 800 mm dia x 760 mm length, 120 Tool ATC, 500 mm x 500 mm Work piece probing, Rapid Traverse 40 M/min and Full 4th Axis.

Hitachi Seiki 500

Multi pallet flexible machining centre capable of running unmanned 24hrs per day due to having 120 ATC facility and 11 pallets 500mm x 500mm. It incorporates all the facilities of our Mitsubishi range along with a Rapid Traverse rate of 45m/min.

Mitsubishi M-H60E

Having the maximum machining envelope 1000mm x 800mm x 800mm, 80 tool ATC, and a maximum spindle speed of 12000 RPM with a pallet change time of 20 sec (chip to chip), this machine suits the larger work whilst incorporating the other features of the M-H5B.

Doosan DNM 750

The DNM-750 at Dartford have a maximum machining envelope of 1525mm x 762mm x 625mm, 30 tool ATC, and a maximum spindle speed of 12000 RPM The machine is fitted with a full 4th axis.

Doosan DNM 650

The two DNM-650’s at Tewkesbury have a maximum machining envelope of 1270mm x 670mm x 625mm, 30 tool ATC, and a maximum spindle speed of 12000 RPM both machines possess a full 4th axis interface.

Doosan HP 5100

The HP-5100 horizontal machining centre has a maximum machining envelope of 850mm x 700mm x 750mm, 120 tool ATC, and a maximum spindle speed of 14000 RPM with a full 4th axis twin pallet changer.

Microbore ECO11

The microset tool pre-setting unit serves as a measuring unit for the operation of drilling, milling & turning with their functional dimensions. The machine gives a read out with linear and rotary encoders. It can also send the data recorded through a post processor function to many of our machine tools.

CEMB Balancing Machine

This balancing machine is a hard bearing type machine. This allows us to calibrate the machine easily and to obtain the best measuring accuracy possible. This is achieved by inputting the geometrical dimensions. After one spin only and independently of the rotation speed, the machine automatically displays the value in grams or ounces and the angular position of the in balance for both planes.

LK CMM G-90C

The G-90C is a vertical spindle with moving ceramic bridge Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). The machine works on high efficiency air bearings and has a granite surface plate base with bonded straight edge. In common with the Merlin, this machine is automated but benefits from a larger working envelope of 100 mm x 700 mm x 600 mm.

Paint & Powder Coating Facility

Maximum temperature 250 degrees centigrade. Complete with two spray booths and a 25 cubic metre oven measuring 4m x 2.5m is capable of wet painting and powder coating and is fully AS9100 approved.

Electro Mechanical Assembly

With a floor space of 1,160 sq feet, our electro mechanical assembly area is equipped with electrostatic discharge protection and is capable of handling the largest projects. All staff are fully trained on ECM awareness.
