| Seiki Systems NMS |
| Used in conjuntion with the K.I.D.S system to manage and store all the manufacturing data, eg, NC programs, tool lists, setting notes, videos, etc, for each job. The stored information is distributed to the shop floor PC(s) which also provides a Quality Level DNC link to the connected machine tool(s). The shop floor PC can also be used to log each job start and finish together with the facility to record productive and unproductive machine 'information' automatically from machine tool for remote status display and utilisation analysis. |

| Pro/ENGINEER enables us to accurately create and manage any product design or assembly, no matter how large or complex, while capturing detailed model information such as tooling, vendor, and material costs. Old paper production drawings supplied by our customers are easily recreated for further processing into CNC code. |

| Kenard has purchased AlphaCAM Advanced 3D milling and Turning packages. Using AlphaCAM to produce drawings or importing a pre-drawn component which is then processed into CNC code. |

| VeriCut (CGTech) |
| VeriCut software simulates NC machining. It detects errors that could ruin the part, damage the fixture, break the cutting tool, or crash the machine. VeriCut also enables our NC programmers to be certain the finished part will match the original design intent – without doing a single prove-out! |
