Kenard Engineering intends to maintain its reputation for product value and customer satisfaction. This reputation is sustained by the quality of products and services delivered to Customers, responding to their unplanned requirements in the minimum time frame and respecting their confidentiality at all times.
Products shall be capable of or exceeding customer requirements and agreed customer acceptance criteria. The explicit or implicit quality requirements of any company warranty statement will be satisfied.

Outgoing quality levels are maintained by developing assurance and certification techniques based upon experience and customer feedback.

To satisfy these criteria, Kenard Engineering has adopted a quality concept, which embraces every facet of Company activity.
To provide a suitable infrastructure, work environment and training to enable employees to maximise their potential and participate fully in the company activities. Our resources, targets and objectives are detailed in our business plan, which is set at the annual management meeting and measured throughout the year against measurable targets, seeking continual improvement.

Our objectives within the Quality Management system are to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety regulations.

In accordance with this policy, each department within the company operates its own procedures with built in quality activities, which are monitored by the quality assurance department.
It is the responsibility of individual heads of departments to ensure that adequate departmental procedures exist, are updated as necessary are understood and implemented at all times. Quality department activities will ensure that these procedures are in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000:2000.
