Kenard Engineering - Project Management

Customer service is the main priority at Kenard and the organisation aims to work with all customers from the concept-design stage through to full manufacture, including all processes and treatments.

Where appropriate a key account manager is appointed to each customer or for a specific contract. This account manager is then the customer's primary contact at Kenard Engineering to ensure that all information pertaining to the account is centrally controlled and all communications are directed from a single point of contact. Project managers frequently hold activity meetings with customers to ensure that the best results are achieved and that deliveries are on time and within budget.

Kenard operates a knowledge driven operation supported by manufacturing systems that provide real time planning and visibility of production, enabling us to provide customers with realistic and accurate information regarding their order.
