Sheet Metal Worker
Due to expansion, Kenard Engineering Company has a vacancy for a Sheet Metal Worker
experienced in the setting and operating of CNC turret punches, producing precision components for the aerospace and electronics industries. A full working knowledge of CNC press brakes and general precision sheet metalworking practices is essential.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a friendly team in a small but highly productive, quality conscious section.
Inspector
Due to expansion Kenard Engineering Company has a vacancy for an Engineering Inspector.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the programming and operating of CMM machines using PC-DMIS and in the preparation of first article inspection reports for the aerospace industry.
CNC Setter Operator
Kenard Engineering Company has a vacancy for a CNC Setter/Operator experienced in setting and operating of multi pallet horizontal machining centers with Fanuc controls. The successful candidate will, ideally, be used to working to aircraft industry standards and the ability to manually program would be an advantage as would be experience in rail car pallet systems.
CNC Production Engineer
Kenard Engineering Company has a vacancy for an CNC Production Engineer, experienced in planning manufacturing methods, fixture design, special tooling design and on-the-job problem solving. The successful candidate would also assist in continuous improvements and cycle time reduction programs. Working mainly with CNC vertical and horizontal machining centres primarily producing parts for the aerospace and allied industries, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid engineering and CNC machining knowledge and possess the confidence and ability to work under his/her own initiative.
Production Supervisor
Kenard Engineering Company has a vacancy for a Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager the role will involve the day - to - day supervision of a well equipped CNC machine shop. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and a solid engineering and CNC machining knowledge along with the confidence and ability to work under his/her own initiative. This post is ideally suited to someone presently employed as a Section Team Leader wishing to move up to a junior management role.
